Prep oven to 177oc. Then spread oil on the loaf pan and cover with nonstick food foil. Mix egg, onion, part of the pumpkin, cinnamon, salt, pepper and chili powder, breadcrumbs, and carrot together and emptied into the prep loaf pan. Bake at 177oc for 25-30 minutes.

Step 2

Mix the remaining part of the pumpkin with ketchup, brown sugar, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, and cinnamon in a bowl.

How to make

Step 1

Prep oven and heat to 191°c

Step 2

Place a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add little oil and whirl to coat the pan. Add sliced red bell pepper and mushrooms; stir-fry for 5 minutes or continue until it is soft. keep aside.

Step 4

Into a clean kitchen towel, put the cauliflower, and squeeze until it becomes very dry. Mix sliced fresh basil, garlic, cauliflower, 1 teaspoon oil, ⅛ teaspoon black pepper, salt, egg whites, mozzarella shredded part-skim cheese, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl.

Swirl cauliflower mixture into circles on a baking pan like with baking paper, then coat with cooking spray.

Step 5

Put into a preheated oven of 232°c, bake for 22 minutes till it appears brownish. Remove from oven and place on a table; dress crusts equally with sliced tomatoes, spinach, sliced basil, mushroom mixture, shredded mozzarella cheese, and ⅛ teaspoon black.

Add ginger, garlic, and cook for 3 minutes. Continue cooking for another 2 more minutes after adding coriander, cayenne, sweet paprika, and cumin.
