1#. Apply Directly to the Skin
Cornstarch can be applied directly to your baby’s skin just as talcum powder.
HOW TO DO IT
Clean your baby’s bottom with a clean cloth, soaked in a cup of warm water. After cleaning the baby butt, allow the skin to dry and slowly sprinkle 3 tablespoons cornstarch. Gently rub to evenly spread around diaper lines. Take five minutes to wait and then wear your baby a new diaper. Repeat this process for 2-3 times a day and with 5 days for baby’s diaper rash will be completely gone.
2#. Mix with Petroleum Jelly
Another way of using cornstarch for diaper rash is by mixing with petroleum jelly.
HOW TO DO IT
Fetch 2 tablespoon cornstarch and mix with 1 tablespoon of petroleum jelly. Mesh them together and mix into a thick cream. On the affected area rub the cream thoroughly. Leave for about 10-15 minutes then clean baby’s butt with a warm wet cloth to wipe off the cream. Allow the baby’s butt to dry the wear her a new diaper. Repeat this process twice a day.
